They didn't switch from Trump to Biden. Trump got 200,000 more votes in Wisconsin than he did 4 years ago. Democrats resorted to fraud to give Biden the lead and it's painfully obvious due to Trump's tally.
Therein lies the problem. Being able to report accurately and on time is simply an issue of resources. Every city and town knows what it takes to accomplish a goal. It is done consistently across the country for all kinds of events.
This isn’t something that could catch someone off guard, they know what is required to make this go smoothly and on time.
