Ok. The way you worded your original comment I thought you found another source where we could scrape voter registration data. I haven't been able to find a good source for Wisconsin voter roll data yet. Wisconsin is even closer than Michigan.
Naa not worth it unless someone else already bought it and made it public on their website/github or something. Even if 100 people pool together money that's still $125 from each person. Way too expensive.
The more effective route is to get all the death records in the US and have a bunch of people run checker programs against the Wisconsin voter portal API... if they have rate limiters we could bypass it with rotating proxies. People are already working on it.

Wisconsin does sell its voter registration data for a whopping $12,500... https://elections.wi.gov/clerks/svrs/voter-data perhaps someone bought it and made it public?
Someone here should be able to bypass this.. or we could buy it if crowdsourced.
