This is completely false information. Each state has their own ballots printed and they always print way more than they need. There is no need to stealth print "unofficial ballots", they just take some of the thousands of boxes of extra official ballots.

An interesting idea that doesn't take into account how our ballots are actually made. Each state has open bids for independent contracts to print that state's ballots. They always make way more than necessary. Each polling place has hundreds if not thousands of blank official ballots. They're made on industrial printing presses, not printers. In most states, there is no difference between mail-in, absentee, and in-person ballots, and no ballot has any identifying mark tracing it back to a specific voter to preserve anonymity.
So if they can sneak IN a box of filled out ballots at four in the morning, how much more easily can they just walk out with a few boxes of blank ballots during the months of preparation and prestaging when there is no one around observing them at all?
Then they're actually filled out by hand over the course of the next month. It would be way to obvious to print them filled out even without some watermark, so they have to spend a lot of time creating fake ballots.
The watermark theory just doesn't make any sense. There's no reason for them to not use official ballots. It would actually be HARDER for them to pull off that way.
My take, this LARP is engineered to sow the subliminal seed that fraudulent votes would have to be on fraudulent ballots. And thus, if the ballots are real and official, then the votes must also be real and official.
That's why I think this is a damaging counter-op. The opposition is sowing this conspiracy, not our side.
