I can order a package and watch the delivery truck drive around town on google maps, but we can't reliably secure and track boxes of ballots?

I mean this isn't even special, its just normal. Anything being shipped or mailed gets scanned multiple times, containers are tagged and locked from one location to another.

Where are the police? Why is there no oversight anywhere?!

Because the delivery truck driver gets fired if he doesn't do his job, but you cannot fire the government.
