A quick way in google is to do the following search.

This will pull up direct links to these registered voters born in 1900 making them 120. You then can go search in google the name with the address and it will find the sites with the voter registration dates.

To check the Michigan voter information center website the person has to be born after 1900 or it gives an error about invalid date. Unknown if this person voted.

This is the only information I could find about a Laura K Cutler in Centreville, Michigan. She wasn't born in 1800. She was born on 02Jul1902. They probably just left the default year of birth there while registering her.
The point still stands as she died in April 1995.
