Find Lancaster, it shows how many ballots sent out and how many returned. Cant find the amount they have counted, but some Pede who is better at investigating than me could probably find the number.

I tried to search for mail-in counts in Lancaster, but I'm apparently not allowed to access most relevant websites because of legal reasons (I'm a europede).

they sent out 108k ballots, 89k were RETURNED and they counted 142k. THERE SHOULD ONLY BE 20 K BALLOTS COUNTED WHERE DID THEY GET THE OTHER 122k FROM?!?
For ballots returned I can find sources which more or less all have the same numbers. But do you also have a source for ballots counted? That's what I cannot find
If 100k are requested and 80% of those are returend, then there should be 80k votes by mail. Or am I missing something?
The 91k number the guy in the video cites is suspicious though, since it is higher than the other sources and the guy in the video specifically says no late ballots have been received.

well cali has 22m REGISTERED and counted 11M wheres the other 10m ??? im super wasted just got in a fight puking blood cant sount BUT WE WINNING
They have counted more ballots than the amount of ballots they sent out
