The FBI has no jurisdiction over the post office. All postal crimes are investigated by postal inspectors. I would change your title to IG instead of FBI.
Trump has made only one mistake while in office. He never drained the swamp. He had plenty of time to fire everyone and higher new and better people but he didnt. This mistake is now biting them in the ass.

They have to figure out if it's their jurisdiction or not, because normally crimes related to internal USPS operations are of course their jurisdiction, because it regards the federal election, they could be superseded by another organization, like the FBI.
