How has GA not been called yet? It says 98% reporting, but if you look district by district each district shows 100% reported. (media.patriots.win)

If they were supposed to sign an affidavit for the absentee ballot, and they did not, they are contacted and asked to do so on Election Day. If you can’t contact them, I.e. no phone number or email on file, it should be rejected. If they don’t come in on Election Day, it should be rejected.
