We must go through the senate. Senators have huge investigatory power. They can subpoena almost anyone. They can uncover Democrat plots to purposely facilitate and encourage voter fraud.

The Supreme Court is not likely to do anything even with a conservative majority. The power to regulate elections is mostly with the state governments not the federal courts. recounts are unlikely to help unless the final count is within a thousand votes or so (fraudulent ballots just become normal ballots after they are first counted).

Republican senators have all went silent. There’s a reason. They don’t want to rock the boat. We have to force them to. Tell them their careers and their worthless party is fucking done if they don’t act. And demand not just action, but unprecedented sweeping actions.

This is the only realistic way forward if they succeed in rigging this election. Waiting on the SC to save us is not a plan.

The problem is that the Republicans simply see Trump as convenient for the time and since most of the senate side of things is actually better then expected, they're aren't going to do jack shit to help Trump.

Trump is on his own. It's up to us & his lawyers to prove the fraud.

lol. Senate/ House investigates so they can legislate. It would take those cocksuckers MONTHS to investigate, people would not respond to subpoena, and then they would have to legislate any changes. Meaning pass through the House and the Prez.

No time for that5. Courts will have to be used to get injunctions and null ballots.

Injunctions doing what? And on what basis? The courts aren’t just going to step in and nullify ballots because you don’t like the state election rules and have anecdotal evidence of fraud. That’s not how this works.

The senate would make criminal referrals, and this would allow Trump/the DOJ to use emergency executive authority to protect election integrity. You can’t just “ignore subpoenas.”

The senate has done JACK with MASSIVE amounts of evidence regarding the coup for the last FOUR YEARS and you think NOW they're gonna do something? NOW they're gonna step up? McConnell is ALREADY backing down on stuff, man. Too much swamp in the Senate. This starts in the lower courts and moves up to SCOTUS.

You don’t understand how the law works.

The courts don’t just have power to undo stuff you don’t like. There has to be a specific case/controversy. “I don’t agree with PA’s election laws because they probably allowed fraud” isn’t a case.

The senate is the only option. You have to force them to act. They work for us.
