I live in Michigan which is a voter ID state. I'm not sure if it's my county, or statewide, but there's a box on our ballot application that you fill out prior to in person voting, and it's essentially an affidavit check box. So that if you forget your ID, as long as you just really insist you are who you say you are, they'll let you vote. Wouldn't be surprising to see a ton of those on these sketchy votes.
