Understand that the States have a LOT of extra, legitimate ballots on hand, so the ballots are likely to be fine, but, for example, a bunch of them might be filled out by the same person. That would be detectable by an audit, if the person did not have a list of "safe" names and addresses to use.

If you read the website this is an internal AP release, they haven’t confirmed it’s validity
