@aussie, that is one strategy. I prefer a revote but I guess this would fly. But my concern is if he has to throw out the mail in ballots how do you do that when they were already scanned? I'm not understanding the logic here. Stopping new counting sure, unless I am not familiar with how the counting works. Is each vote timestamped and coded to tell it's source? If it is, then that will make it easy to identify and throw out any votes coming in at 4am
