The MSM also keeps pointing out that Trump is filing lawsuits only in the swing states and not AZ and NV.
I dont know, Ill let the experts handle it. I would assume there are processes and procedures for things, and at the very least the announcements of X ballots just found would probably play a part.
Yeah especially with the back-dating they're doing with these mysterious ballots, but there's a "theory" going around saying that the idiots didn't know that the real ballots have a certain watermark thanks to Trump's block-chain executive order he signed months ago.

Counting votes that existed on election day after electuon day is different than counting votes that arrived after election day
