Can confirm. Also in AZ, mail in ballots are counted as they are returned to the recorder, then election day is counted. The first surge for Biden when fox called AZ on election night was definitely from mail in ballots and not election day. People that voted on election day (mostly Republicans!) were given sharpies when the mail in instructions say explicitly NOT to use sharpie.

I think many states do it this. Now all of a sudden the narrative changed to oh the mail in ballots get counted last. That doesn’t even make sense when they can start counting them with time to spare earlier in the day. Not wait until the election is over.

Oh! They counted them before election day! They went over them very carefully and made sure there were no Trump votes included and then added more in to pump those numbers up.
