The numbers were using Peoples Pundit Daily results, which uses the Decision Desk HQ software, which reportedly is one of the tools used by the network teams "calling" the election.

The numbers shows here are the Trump Delta from the reported totals for each state (positive numbers are Trump advantage; negative numbers, Trump disadvantage)
The calculation, for each delta was Total Trump Votes - Total Biden Votes

Observations
Michigan had 171,268 vote swing sometime after 4:38 am, 11/5
After being about the same all evening, Wisconsin had 119,482 vote swing sometime between 4:20 am and 4:38 am (Apparently it takes 18 minutes to really start stealing an election).
We already know something fucky went down, but this helps zero in on the time frames (or maybe these times - 15-20 minutes prior to the update running). There has to be some ABSOLUTE TIME FRAME of when these ballot dumps occurred: at the facility; being punched into the system(s); etc. We need the investigation to encompass ANYONE at the facility, any video that has time stamps around these times; any social media posts by these people; etc.
I don't know WHO can use this information, but wanted to contribute my ACTUALS from my own tracking.
