Is not Georgia an 'electronic voting state' - 'no paper ballots' ???

what is there to upload?

From looking at the data on Georgia.gov it looks like all ballots cast on Election Day have been counted and they’re only “counting” mail ins and absentees.

Every precinct in the state has reported.

I I remember correctly. though not in Georgia, there's a tape of totals from each machine that are run at the end of the night. Each tape is signed off on by the election judge, then delivered to a central location for tabulation.

u/TrumpVoter1 is right. Our mail in ballots are also just regular mail-in ballots. I would expect most fraud to be committed using mail-in/absentee since it would be easier.

I am not sure how hard it is to do mail in. You used to have to justify why you needed an absentee ballot

At least there is an audit trail -

Exactly. Better than what we had two years ago

Electronic with paper trail. Vote electronic, results printed. Printed results scanned and uploaded

That sounds so ass-backwards. Like the law office I did some contract work for who all used fax machines instead of email to send documents to each other in the same building. They would print a document and then fax it to the other attorney down the hall.

The voting machines themselves are not internet connected. The voter validates there results on screen and on paper. The printed result is on special paper and its scanned/uploaded. Usually one scanner per poll location. So you have electronic and paper results in case of recount.
