In these states stuck in stasis, Trump has won by so much, they cant even fudge the numbers.

He won by so much that they're actually trying to pretend that a record number voted for Biden's platform of lockdowns, higher taxes, and war with Iran/Russia/NK, just so they can steal it. But all that record turnout for Biden is only in a few key cities in a few battleground states; every state where Biden won legitimately had average turnout. Absurd and pathetic.
Yet those concentrated area of flipped states really just loved biden out of nowhere! Some times 102% of voters like him.
Honestly, President Trump's numbers aren't real either. Most of the steal has been additional Biden votes, but they've also been "losing" Trump votes as well. The Red wave is even bigger than we know.
Tons of reports of shredded and discarded Trump votes.

This is why it is probably smart we have the Electoral College. They still cheat, but it is a little more complicated than if they did a country wide popular vote.

The voter fraud the pollsters were depending on was offset by a major republican voter turnout, the +17 Biden poll in Wisconsin was less of a prediction and more of a plan. Which could explain why Wisconsin turnout was 90%, an absurdly high number when you add in the Trump enthusiasm to the Biden "voter fraud organization," his words.
If we were able to prevent the fraud in WI and MI then there wouldn't have even been a need to fight in AZ or NV.
