John Solomon on Bannon's show just reported that the PA Secretary of State allowed Allegheny and Philadelphia to go back and "correct" problematic absentee/VBM ballots but NOT OTHER COUNTIES

This is a CLEAR violation of the 14th Amendment precedent set in Bush v Gore 2000 which was a 7-2 ruling!! You can't have one set of standards for some voters and different standards for others!

Pedes, I've been bitching about "take it to the SCOTUS" threads because I didn't think we had an actual Constitutional matter to take to the SCOTUS. BUT HOLY SHIT this is IT!

I've been bitching about "take it to the SCOTUS" threads because I didn't think we had an actual Constitutional matter to take to the SCOTUS.

I thought there was a clear Constitutional case for the ballots to be received by election day, not up to 11 days later?

At this point, I think this election is corrupted beyond measure, far too many dodgy things going on and counts being stopped, started and magic ballots appearing.
