John Solomon on Bannon's show just reported that the PA Secretary of State allowed Allegheny and Philadelphia to go back and "correct" problematic absentee/VBM ballots but NOT OTHER COUNTIES
This is a CLEAR violation of the 14th Amendment precedent set in Bush v Gore 2000 which was a 7-2 ruling!! You can't have one set of standards for some voters and different standards for others!
Pedes, I've been bitching about "take it to the SCOTUS" threads because I didn't think we had an actual Constitutional matter to take to the SCOTUS. BUT HOLY SHIT this is IT!
You'd think after 4 years of seeing the courts perpetually fuck this country up, we'd finally stop recognizing them as a legitimate authority.
But alas. Instead all we do is watch them facilitate communist coups, and throw up our hands, because judges are apparently gods or something?
Im willing to let a few more institutions burn them selves down before 1776. Lets see what they got this time. We can always commence after that.
