John Solomon on Bannon's show just reported that the PA Secretary of State allowed Allegheny and Philadelphia to go back and "correct" problematic absentee/VBM ballots but NOT OTHER COUNTIES
This is a CLEAR violation of the 14th Amendment precedent set in Bush v Gore 2000 which was a 7-2 ruling!! You can't have one set of standards for some voters and different standards for others!
Pedes, I've been bitching about "take it to the SCOTUS" threads because I didn't think we had an actual Constitutional matter to take to the SCOTUS. BUT HOLY SHIT this is IT!
They did than in Fulton County as well. Setting aside the fact that chasing down voters after the fact to correct information is ballot harvesting, and illegal in GA, they did not do the same for voters with unclear ballots in other GA precincts.
