A president can't just claim contested states and expect that to stick if the certified results, however suspicious, say otherwise. That's a PR move with no legal weight.

The supervisor of elections in each state will certify results saying one party won. That's what has to be challenged in court. (before they certify and after they certify).
Trump team will get this whole election to the SC where they will rule in his favor due to illegality. This will force a recount of all major states, which will uncover the fraud and remove fraudulent ballots. The democrats fucked up so badly by doing this in more than one state.
As far as I know, there's no way to force an audit. Recounts are worthless, except maybe a handful of absentee ballots. Even then, it's not the fraudulent ballots that are getting tossed, it's more likely to be real voters that didn't know wtf they were doing.
Of course Biden can risk a recount. Not unlikely they kept destroying ballots cast by Republicans even after they had already been counted, expecting a recount to happen.
The election needs to be redone, with military presence, exclusively in-person voting, uniquely numbered paper ballots and UV paint you do have to dip both your thumbs into before putting your ballot directly into a sealed ballot box.
