There's some talks + pictures of a few ballots with specific dots/markings that appear under a certain wavelength of light. I have not been able to 100% verify this. If I can get my hands on an old unused official ballot, I can check and post pics, but I haven't found one yet.
This both wouldn't surprise me if it were true, and seems too good to be true, at the same time.

If there is a watermark it would legitimize the "found ballots" that dems have had months to prep and store.
Probably so, but the States are in charge of printing ballots afaik, and they have extras printed, which would be used for any fraud.
