Preemptive? No he is talking about the day and following early morning of the election when fraud was taking place. That is what court injunctions are for and why judges were available every moment of the day and night. They could have also demanded sherrifs be present to safe guard all ballots.

Nothing preemptive. Several rulings were made that should have immediately been challenged. No witnesses, no signature verification, post dated ballots, the list goes on. They just figured out today maybe someone should be watching the count... We win, but it didn't need to be like this.

No they didn't. They lulled the Democrats into a false sense of security, and now look at them - committing fraud in broad daylight as if nobody can see it. The dems are about to get destroyed in court, and nobody will be able to tell Trump that he didn't win fair and square this time around.
