Imagine a scenario where Biden steals multiple states by a few thousand votes, the result of clear ballot drops, dead voters, illegal voters, and still the states certify him on technicalities (e.g. the challenge to the illegal votes was filed at 5:01pm and not 5:00pm and the law stated it had to be in by 5:00pm).
It would be so easy for the SCOTUS to err towards caution and not overturn the election.
If however, we all start making some serious noise then maybe in the back of their minds they'll balance a technicality with a 2021 that would make them long for 2020 again.
