so, when they are tallying your votes, they will have more numbers that start with 1, 10K votes, 11K votes, 15K votes, and less that start with 9. it essentially applies to anytime you gather large data sets you always have more that start with lower numbers. But Biden's tallies blatantly ignore this naturally occurring law which indicates human interference
