I'll admit I've been real gloomy about the situation because I 100% do not trust the Supreme Court to rule in his favor. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh have already cucked out on us with other rulings, and even if ACB sits for a ruling, I feel like she won't give our side any benefit of the doubt with her legal interpretation. Granted, that's how it's supposed to work in a perfect world, but we all know the Democrats would change their interpretation to make sure Democrats win. But, as they say, Democrats have had 4 years to plan their fraud, and Trump has had 4 years to plan his counter. So I have to believe he has something up his sleeve and was prepared for this.
Their is nothing for the court to rule on. The votes have been mixed and counted. It’s not like they can do anything about a state election laws. They could maybe find the whole election invalidated, but Trump would still cease to be president after 1/20 and a re-election wouldn’t happen until 2024 with Pelosi as el presidente.
It's incredible that state election laws can apply to a Federal election.
Don't like the taxes in NY? Move. Hate the governor of California? Go to Texas. Each state can live or die under it's own stupid laws or lack thereof (i.e. San Fran), but you're always free to go vote out those politicians or go to another state.
However, when it comes to a Federal election? THAT needs to be governed at a Federal level. You can't have blue states making up their own rules when it comes to determining who gets to be President. That's fucking crazy.
Yeah there is. basically the argument of The State Compact to cede their votes to the popular vote. It violates the Supremacy Clause by having Congress be elected on more jurisdictional appeal than what is says in the constitution that every state is a republic. Similarly allowing fraud introduces an element of unnecessary nuisance that has nothing to do with legislating.
The proper legal way to do it would be to ask the legislatures of the states with questionable fraud to send a slate of electors by December 11. That was how it was done years ago. Michigan legislature is Republican... as is Penn... as is Georgia. If rampant fraud can be proven...this is the path forward.

repeating what I said to him
This will never actually happen.

so what, we are just fucked?
Trump could refuse to step down, and we'll see where the loyalties of the army stand.
I realyl find it hard to believe they werent ready for this though, Trump has been saying for months they will try to steal it ugh
