I have a relative in Congressional District 5. She was voting at Aquila School and witnessed three Somali try to vote a second time. There was an altercation, a line hold up, they pretended not to speak English or understand. Poll workers said they could not vote again. They got upset and told poll workers they were just going to go another polling site to vote then.
