it is not this statistically prevalent. it’s like 1 out of 100K that don’t vote down ballot. and there are 200K with no down ballot votes in PA. but no other evidence of this happening anywhere else in the country. only important swing states, it seems unlikely to be a coincidence.

How? Its perfectly legal to only vote for president. If the ballots are there, and were "legally cast", then they won't be removed.
The only hope is if they are obviously fake or simply non existent.
