If the founders didn’t remain peaceful in the face of King George, we wouldn’t have this wonderful country. The Republicans stopped the Democrat slavery machine by strongly worded letters and angry protest signs, remember? How do you think we stopped the NAZIs? By marching onto Normandy and saying “hey! We are really angry and you gotta stop that or else, we are gonna write you so many strongly worded letters your head will spin!” That’s how we stopped the Taliban too. Marines peacefully marched to Marja and said “ahem excuse me, but we really don’t appreciate you killing 3000 Americans on September 11th, so you better stop it or else!”
