Winning this busted-ass election is good, but it will be tinged with unreliability and false claims.
What we really need is a second election, with actual security, results reported by 10pm, IRL, voter ID, observers not barred from the count rooms, etc. That way we get a nice clean landslide AND we prove how fucked our system is, and how much it needs to be overhauled (and we have a nice precedent to work from).
Is there any legal path to having the whole election annulled?
First, the DHS and FEC are going to have to get off their asses so they can have more power over federal elections. There needs to be some kind of universal standard that all states have to adhere by law. Voter ID and paper ballots should be MANDATORY. Voter rolls should have to be purged within a few weeks or months from the election so they aren't all bloated with dead people or former residents that have left the state. Also, since voting is probably one of the most important rights in our Constitution, you have to have massive penalties for anybody caught and convicted of illegal activity during election season. I'm talking about 20 years minimum in federal prison. This shit would be rectified REAL quick.
