Short of a massive happening (doubt) or civil war, I see two paths to victory.

1. The recounts that are undoubtably bound to happen in every swingstate shows a massive irregularity and voter fraud, which needs to lead to a revote. I do not think that a simple recount will be enough, as the dems are continuing to commit voter fraud by even refusing court orders to let GOP watchers in.

2. The Supreme Court rules that any and all ballots FOUND after the election day are to be considered illegitimate. There is no chance that they would rule that counting of mail in ballots in general done past the election day to be illegitimate.
