There's lots of fake Twitter profiles that have all posted the exact same message starting with "that seals the deal". It's obviously a bot network from some non-English speaking country, I mean, look at the grammar.

Also, very similar messages all starting with "that seals the deal" can be found against lots of things. "I am no longer an xbox fan" "I am no longer such-and-such" and so on and so on.
