And there are many ways to determine fraud, and many reasons to throw out chunks of votes if they were found to be improperly handled. This MAY take a while. It might even take weeks. So, don’t get so fired up today that you’ll drop into a pit of despair if they call shit for Biden. This sucks but you gotta hang in there. As Cocaine Mitch says, “keep your powder dry!”

I think the possible option would be to declare votes counted before midnight on Nov 3 count and those afterwards do not.
I am wondering, has a court ever declared an election totally invalid in the USA? Meaning that the court ordered the election be done again? Ideally we just get good evidence on the number of fraudulent votes and get those thrown out, however it would be pretty hard to get this number right. MSM and antifa will immediately cry fascism and whine about how their voices weren't heard (1000 times). Repeating the election in suspect states without the phony VBM would be a good alternative.
I agree and I don’t know the history. I’m not sure they could invalidate an entire election, seems more likely that they’d excise chunks of votes but I agree it’s complicated.
If real, legitimate ballots were filled out illegally by polls workers (or someone), delivered for in a box to the counting place, counted and mixed in with ballots cast by real voters how would a recount detect this?
Not sure that it would. But other evidence may exist that points to a coordinated effort to commit fraud. Hey, I’m not pretending to have any answers, or saying everything is going to work out OK. Just trying to encourage the realization of the idea that there’s more steps to this process.
This type of vote counting fraud is not SC material. And SC result does not matter, unless one party concedes.
This is an Electoral College battle.
All savvy Pede resources who can handle the Intricacies of the Electoral College laws are needed. Pelosi and Clinton have been preparing and acting on this for many months.
We need help from state legislatures. We need help from dem House representatives in split states. We need to have our Senators prepared to accept a “great compromise”, as they may be forced to elect Biden as Vice President — or demand Trump as Vice President. We need more people to understand Bill and Hillary’s role in all this — it is key to their Electoral College upset plans.
Can’t disagree with you. But I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be a valid SC case. They’ve already made some demands of PA. And the legitimacy of the votes of the citizens is at the very heart of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
