If its 3:1 i.e. 75% we would be ok. Biden needs 78% to win. According to the nr. of ballots sent in Biden should be netting only 72%. However t is worse than that the dems are getting 80% of the mail ins now. They know its only a matter of time before the poll watchers can come in, so they are amping the numbers. Once the watchers are allowed in the dems will have a large enough margin to take PA.
