My grandfather just told me a few months back he had gotten TWO ballots in the mail. He did not ask for these, as he wanted to vote in person. He shredded them... and my grandmother, who cant vote (German but has green card and married to grandfather), got one too she said. It too was shredded... can this info help at all? They live in Indana.
