1900 is commonly the database default for a column that is assigned as a date datatype. They just inserted a shit ton of names with no DOB hence all the 1900's people keep referring to.
Fucking great that can you allow people to vote without even knowing their date of birth. If this is the standard, imagine how many people must've voted in different states, multiple times, from jail, while dead, etc.
