Depends on how it goes. If they tied, the house decides it. If Trump goes to the courts, it’ll depend on what he sued over and how SCOTUS rules, but SCOTUS is mostly on his side, so I’d expect a win there. People in key areas are also republican, so I imagine they’ll pick Trump if it gets tossed to them from SCOTUS.
I'm listening to a guest on Bannon's War Room, and he says that SCOTUS can make rulings, but it's also up to state legislatures to enforce and carry out their own elections. Trump clearly won the vote adjusting for fraudulent activity, but this is going to get very hairy.
If no one wins by getting 270 congress chooses president and vice president. The house chooses the president and senate chooses vice president. In the house each state gets one vote, so not every congressman gets an individual vote. Each senator gets an individual vote.
How does the Constitution and amendments say this election gets handled? Do the House, SCOTUS, or state legislatures somehow select the President.

If the constitution is to be amended I believe a majority of the STATES need to vote for it. It has little to do with the federal government.
