North Carolina not announcing until Nov 12. Georgia claims they have more to count. Somehow they just keep appearing.

All that remains of NC are mail ins that are post marked on election day. And unless they dump tens of thousands of 100% Biden votes, the difference is too great for a recount.

GA, though, regardless if they are done or not, the race is too close, well within 0.5% which will get contested... unless Biden is good (Ie. he knows a recount/scrutiny, would not help him)... But if those last few thousand last min mail ins push biden over the mark, well there will be a recount.

But I think we are all witnessing election fraud - they're not hiding it. They just keep counting new ballots they found until it flips blue...then they stop.
