The Demorats are stealing MI, WI, AZ, PA, NV, GA and more. What are the legal options Trump's team can pursue to win the election? Biden already has the lead in many states that should've gone red. What can SCOTUS do? In Bush v Gore they just upheld the status quo.

If you’re alleging fraud, a state needs to provide the chain of custody for the votes. It also needs to make sure the name on the ballot matches a living person. Then the ballot needs to be verified for signature and “validity.”

There are multiple things a candidate is entitled to.

Can the chain of custody be proven for mail in votes already tallied?

I don't know enough to answer accurately. That said, if you don't preserve chain of custody for later inspection - what good is it?

The best thing the Trump campaign can do RIGHT NOW is insure that the media and big tech doesn't call the election for Biden. Remember, Fake News is the Enemy of the People.

The next is to demand recounts. Start citing specific examples of voter fraud. I mean, 100K blocks of ballots going to Biden is highly suspicious.

During the recount process, they need to find every example of fraud and chicanery to present to the public and to law enforcement. The campaign needs to build clear cases of voter fraud in each state. It first comes down to public opinion. Then, and only then, can you really start thinking about legally challenging elections.

Dan Bongino brought this up this morning. The courts are going to be incredibly hesitant to overturn election results absent overwhelming evidence that fraud took place.
