You will get a number. Even if the dead people didn't vote, If you start excluding pockets of thousands of Registered voters who are dead that percentage starts to climb. Climb into statistically unlikely or impossible areas

There are 102,709 In group 1 - aged 90+
There are 12,619 in group 2 - aged 100+
There are 2,743 in group 3 - aged 110+
There are 22,209 In group 4 - registered before being born
