Bannon keeps saying to calm down, they’ll solve this in the courts. How do they tell the legal votes from the illegal ones once they’re all mixed in? Do they keep track of “batches” like “200k votes, 100% Biden” and you can just remove 200k from Biden’s total?

Yes, please. Could someone opine how this would proceed?
Most of us know the drill somewhat from prior experience at the local level. But how would this proceed for a presidential election? I assume that some showing needs to be made showing clear and convincing evidence that fraud has occurred that would likely change the outcome of the election. I'm also aware that the precise showing required is going to differ from state to state.
I don't think that there is any legal authority simply to audit the already-tabulated ballots of any state for authenticity. But I also have not been keeping track of recount litigation which is an actual area of the law with its own attorneys who have gained expertise and experience.
I archived most of the filings and also the law from four years ago from the WI, MI and PA recounts. Is the law still the same in these 3 states? What has changed?
I really miss Magatrump5. I never did figure out precisely who he was/is but he was certainly a lawyer who had a lot of experience in such matters and kept us up to date on what was really happening at the trenches in the front lines of the litigations.
This is why, IMO, cities are plowing ahead ignoring court orders. If it is discovered that a percentage of these late counts include invalid votes, statistically you could apply the discrepancy to the entire vote count.
