So basically the suit was against Fontes as Maricopa county recorder including the “New Instruction” with mail-in ballots sent out saying that you don’t have to request a new ballot if you fill in the wrong bubble, just cross it out and fill in the right one and we’ll count it.

As if that wouldn’t have some rabid fucking partisan cross out trump and fill in Biden on every single ballot that came across their desk.
