Well it would be extra easy this year. Dems just demand enough ballots be printed so every person could vote by mail or absentee, because China Virus. Plus the usual extra margin of course. But many will vote in person, leaving huge stockpiles of unnecessary absentee ballots available. Then there's the "provisional" ballots in case machines don't work etc.... That's not even counting any underhanded collusion to have printers deliver the dems an illegal stash, or counterfeits from China.
Unless you count the fact democrats can apparently make 100,000 Biden votes appear out of nowhere in any state.
