More than that. This will be used as evidence that USPS did not provide a secure process for unclaimed ballots.

Clearly, the USPS is anti-Trump. Clearly, they have a large number of Postal Offices where employees can have an access to such ballots. They can fill them. They can mail them.

All it takes for a court to show enough evidence that shenanigans had a statistical impact and the results may be invalidated. I am not a law practitioner, but this is, I believe, a logical approach.
