A contingent election would be bad because Dems have the house?

Its decided by state delegations, of which the GOP holds 27 out of the 50, enough to get POTUS reelected

Each state gets one vote. Trump won more states.

House picks Biden. Senate picks Pence for VP. Pence invokes 25th amendment thanks to Pelosi's groundwork and the fact that Biden's brain is mush. Pence appoints Trump VP. Pence resigns. Trump becomes President. Trump appoints Pence VP. Win.

27 Republican states vs 22 Democrat. Each state gets one vote via their delegations.

The senate would then elect VP.

Republicans would theoretically keep Trump/Pence if it went to a contingent election.

They don't....Each state gets one elector to send up, and they have to be voted on by each state, not the House.

House Delegates are 1 per state. You get the vote of each state you won. Trump won more states.
