Big point here. Some 'mail in' ballots which otherwise would be discarded b/c of no postage date, would be scanned into the system over the next few days, and be indistinguishable from the rest. The envelope would be in the trash and out the door or burned

maybe they're supposed to separate them, but, oh whats that? some innocent commie mixed them up. his bad. he didnt intend anything illegal or malicious.
