Rural IL benefits from crime in Chicago because they have jobs from the prisons? How fucking diluted do you have to be to even suggest that casually, much less go on the record and say it? I pitty the red counties in IL...

I know right. "Our state's biggest city is so screwed up that its an important source of jobs comes for us as prison guards."

In Clay County, nearly 80 percent of voters approved the question. Nearly 73 percent of Shelby County voters approved, while 63 percent of Christian County voters did so and in Crawford County, nearly 76 percent of the voters said yes.
