Long story short: I emailed in June because I received an absentee ballot request form at my parents' house. I got a reply on October 28th! It took 4 fucking months for them to get back to me! I mailed the letter, but there is no way I would be removed before the election.

How many other people are no longer in the state, but are still registered? How much does this inflate the voter registry numbers?
