Thats not fraud. Registered voters are not the same as people who showed up to vote, just the eligible who registered. I'd be concerned if CA had 100% voter turnout, abnormally high voter turnout can be a big indicator of fraud.

They literally just didn't vote. There's no big conspiracy. It'd be more telling if suddenly CA had 100%+ turnout for Biden, when their historical voter turnout averages aren't anywhere near that.
We filled out absentee ballots and dropped them off in person on Tuesday. They went into an official ballot suitcase and I asked the volunteer lady what happens to them next. She said they get taken to the counting location and tabulated, but I thought she sounded so suspicious at the time. She seemed nervous that I asked any question at all.
Anyway, I used the next door app to ask my neighbors if anybody has had their ballot counted and one of my city council members responded by saying we still had 98k votes left to count (this was yesterday) and that they'd be done around Thursday night.
I literally don't know a single person in Kern county that didn't vote. 100% of the people that come in to the brewery where I tend bar have had strong opinions on who they are voting for. The delivery truck drivers always would tell me who they were voting for in the 5 minutes when they dropped stuff off. Absolute fraud.
The ironic thing about if the popular vote every actually happened, there is a reason chance Dems lose big from it, because suddenly conservatives in blue areas have a reason to turn up.

Tbh I think it’s more incompetence of the county than fraud. Biden probably will win LA County like 90% to 10%, they don’t need to suppress my vote here. I’ll give them a few more days here and see if my ballot shows up before I get suspicious - but that’s just me.
