Thats whats going on. Which is why they have no idea if the people actually still live in the state, since we dont clean our voter registration well.
I understand what you are saying, but we need to PUNISH these people as examples. If there is a chance you go to jail if someone votes for you after you leave? Do you think more people would be responsible with their registrations?
I’d make ballot harvesting illegal and if ANYONE was caught, prison. Then I’d do huge sting operations, going door to door, offering money. Then make their arrests super public and super painful.
